01 About Suzie’s Paw-some Adventures

It started with the real Suzie

From little videos
to big adventures.

Ages3–7

It all started with the real Suzie and a few funny videos.

Suzie is a little black dog with a huge personality. I began making short, funny videos featuring her adventures and sharing them online. People started following Suzie, enjoying her antics and getting to know the little dog behind the videos.

That gave me an idea—why not turn Suzie’s adventures into children’s books?

And so Suzie’s Paw-some Adventures was born.

The first book, Suzie’s Paw-some Adventures – The Dream, takes children aged 3–7 on a colourful adventure filled with friendship, kindness, fun and imagination—with more adventures to follow.

But the books also have a very special purpose. After my own experience with cancer and surgery in 2024, I wanted Suzie’s adventures to help make a difference. Profits from Suzie’s Paw-some Adventures are donated to Cancer Research UK.

What began as funny little videos of Suzie has now grown into children's books, book signings, events and local shops stocking her story—while raising money for an important cause.

And the real Suzie is still at the heart of everything we do. ❤️

“Suzie may be small, but we hope she can make a big difference.”

02 The story behind the story

Born from friendship,
made with purpose.

Suzie belongs to Andrew's sister, but spends three days each week with him. Over time, their companionship—and Suzie’s growing online following—sparked the idea for a book.

Their friendship became a colourful journey from Cornwall to Barbados. With encouragement from two Launceston friends, Andrew shaped the idea into a finished children’s story in 2026, with a Caribbean cruise planned as Suzie’s next adventure.

A turning point
